2024 Workshops Encompassed Three Days of Learning and Networking
Each year, the IMAA Committees work hard to secure an exciting lineup of speakers and presentations for the IMAA Winter Workshops. We design the Workshop Sessions to educate everyone — from sales professionals, to QC technicians, to owners and CEOs, to safety and environmental managers, and everyone in between.
The IMAA Operations Seminar took place on Monday, February 5th with a sold-out crowd. The seminar, CAPP 101 for Plant Personnel: Best Management Practices for Material Handling, featured a train-the-trainer session with tips, techniques, and training materials to ensure consistent, quality material leaves the gate every time.
In 2024, the IMAA Trade Show sold out for the first time since its inception. The Winter Workshops also attracted record numbers with over 560 attendees across the 3-day event. Featured presentations included the Keynote Session from economist Tom Jalics of Fifth Third Private Bank and the magical entertainment during the Tuesday Luncheon from Steve Haffner.
Tom Jalics provided insight on the US Economic Outlook for 2024 and beyond in what he dubbed “The Year of Clarity.” During the luncheon, Steve Haffner—a magician and mind performance strategist—demonstrated strategies for unmasking the brain’s hidden illusions to help us perform at our best in both life and work.
IMAA hopes that you will be able to join us for another record-setting Winter Workshops February 3-5 of 2025!
