IMAA + IRMCA Summer Meeting in Cincinnati
Networking, Education & Fun
In late July, the IMAA and the Indiana Ready Mixed Concrete Association (IRMCA) joined together for three days of networking, learning, and having fun. The popular event was held this year in Cincinnati, OH, at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza, from July 29 to 31.
Attendees started the meeting with a one-of-a-kind tour of the city’s construction projects hosted by Hilltop Basic Resources, followed by a behind the scenes tour of Cincinnati Museum Center and its architectural history. On the first night of the event, attendees enjoyed a night out at the ballpark for a Reds vs. Cubs baseball game on the Steamboat Deck in center field. The second day included educational sessions and a variety of networking activities to choose from including a historic brewing tour, bourbon tasting, a visit at the famous Cincinnati Zoo, or spending time at a golf simulator. On the final night, attendees enjoyed a stunning sunset riverboat dinner cruise on the Ohio River, aboard the River Queen. The serene views and lively conversations made for a memorable finale to close out an incredible event filled with unforgettable moments.
