Andy Williams Announces Retirement from RGI
Andy Williams, Northern Division VP, has announced his decision to hang up his hard hat and boots to begin a new chapter in life for him and his family. A 20-year veteran of Rogers Group, Inc., Andy began his career in Bloomington, Indiana as a Senior Sales Representative. Andy’s career has included serving as SMA Manager for Northern Indiana and VP of Corporate Business Development before ultimately achieving his current role as Division Vice President in April 2016.
Andy’s accomplishments include shepherding RGI through the divestiture of Construction in Indiana and working diligently to stabilize and strengthen RGI’s position as a preferred aggregate supplier in the region. He has recruited and fostered great talent for RGI within the Division to keep it strong and vital during the transition of many long-time, key employees retiring following decades of loyal service to the company.
Andy’s last day with RGI was February 14th. RGI thanks Andy for all he has done for Rogers Group and the aggregates industry in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. Andy recently received the Keystone Award from IMAA for his contributions to the association and the industry for the past 20 years, which attests to the impact he has had on the industry.
