WLMA Workshops Session 3: INFLUENCE

Katie Allison | 09/23/19

The IMAA Women Leaders in Mining and Aggregates (WLMA) introduces a series of workshops designed to provide the tools and foundation for career advancement in the aggregates industry.

WHAT ARE THE WLMA WORKSHOPS?

The WLMA Workshops are quarterly workshops that can be attended as a progressive course or can be attended singly.  Each workshop will focus on 3 key areas:

♦ Individual development
♦ Industry knowledge
♦ Networking

The workshops are geared toward developing professionals in the aggregates industry, with a focus on developing women and male allies who are new to the industry or looking to take the next step in their career.  The workshops will also provide a network of support for those attending the sessions – helping to develop goals and hold each other accountable.
